As we have seen in several posts about cool business cards that people will never throw away we now want to give you a chance to promote your own designs! Mohaaa! We will give away 1.000 business cards for the 3 most creative ideas alltogether!
How to win 1.000 business cards
All you have to do to win is to publish a post on your website about this contest including your own card designs with a link to Knowtebook until the 10th of september. Send us your layouts and get promoted and interviewed on Knowtebook. The best design submission gets 500 business cards and the 2nd and 3rd place get 250 business cards for free.

What layouts will be accepted
We are very proud to get this business cards printing by UPrinting.com, who has been a trusted leader in online printing for over 25 years now. If you are among the winners, you can choose any of their stocks, including the eco-friendly cover stock (13 pt. Cover Uncoated - Recycled) or the 14 pt. family in Matte, AQ, or UV at any custom size they offer such as square cards, odd sizes like 3×3, 2×2. Make sure your layout size will fit into their stocks. All submitted designs have to be made by your own and will be published on Knowtebook.
Send in and register
There are 2 possibilities to send in your designs. 1st: write a post on your website with your design and then comment on this article to be “registered” officially for the contest. Don’t forget to mention the link to your website. 2nd: Send in your design directly to Sebastian (sebastian AT knowtebook DOT com) and make a comment to the contest post to register.
What files to send in?
We do not want to catch your layout ideas, thus you do not need to give us the illustrator file for example. Just send a jpeg, gif or png file in high quality and a width of at least 500px!

I recently used UPrinting.com for several print jobs. Business cards, brochures, and price tags. I love their service and online interface. They have great pricing too. Too bad I just printed 1000 cards that will last me 10 years. I’ll have to do another design for this contest. lol.
